Shipping Policy
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Orders placed before 4:00pm EST will be processed same day, orders received after 4:00pm EST will be processed next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Apollo Computers reserves the right to use any carrier to provide the best experience for our customers.
PO BOXES AND UNVERIFIED ADDRESSES
Apollo Computers will only deliver to verified addresses. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to deliver to PO BOXES, or unverified addresses.
CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
Customers will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Please allow 24hrs for the tracking number to become valid.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Apollo Computers will not be responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES
Apollo Computers will not be liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received your order damaged, please contact the appropriate carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns
SOFTWARE
No refunds will be issued for software that has been opened, used or appears that the packaging has been tampered with. Software that has been downloaded or where a license code has been issued will also not be valid for return.
ALL OTHER PRODUCTS
A return may be issued if a product has been found defective or if the product has been purchased within 15 days of the date listed on the sales receipt.
