We offer remote support as a pay per use service or as part of your monthly service plan. If you need support for your computer or have questions, please call our office at 613.284.2446 and ask a technician for remote support. Please have your account number ready or if you don't already have an account a technician will provide you with payment options.

Apollo Computers offers remote support to our customers with the use of software provided by TeamViewer GmbH. This software "TeamViewer" enables our support staff to see your screen and/or to control your computer remotely to offer support. At no time will a technician connect or be able to connect without your expressed permission. We here at Apollo Computers take your security and privacy very serious. If you have any concerns or questions about the use of this or any other software please contact us at 613.284.2446.

You are about to establish a joint meeting with an Apollo Computers technical support team member. Apollo Computers does not accept any liability for data or software that is lost, corrupted, deleted or altered prior to, during or after the remote session.
Data security is the sole responsibility of the customer. Liability is restricted to intent and gross negligence. Apollo Computers accepts no liability for faults for which it is not responsible, even if they occur around the time when the support is provided.
By downloading and installing the software you hereby confirm your acceptance of the terms of this disclaimer and give consent to allow the Apollo Computer’s employee control of your computer. Please note that the service is only available during our business hours and subject to prior arrangement by telephone with our support staff. Apollo Computers charges $55.00/hr for remote support, this charge might be covered by your companies’ service agreement.

- The technician cannot collaborate with you without your express consent.
- No third-party programs other than approved partner software will be installed on your computer without prior discussion and your express permission
- Data will not be removed from your computer without previous authorization
